What you share

Your account email identifies your saved car checks, budgets and review requests. Optional documents are uploaded to private storage under your account, not published on the website.

Only upload documents you have permission to share. Avoid sending unnecessary personal details, bank information or identity documents.

What a review means

A human second opinion is a remote review of your questions and evidence. It is not a mechanic’s inspection, a vehicle history guarantee, a valuation, an insurance quote or an affordability decision. A qualified mechanic carries out physical inspections.
